February 25, 2022 Reviewer: GL from Oceanside, CA United States   The first time I ordered two sample latches for fitment purposes, it took a very long time for delivery.  I thought I had been scammed.  The latches did arrive eventually.  I then placed an order for larger quantity of latches, and the product arrived within a week!  Ugly Fish had the best pricing available on the internet, so despite my initial concern, I give my full support to this vendor. February 24, 2021 Reviewer: Hershel Cecil from Lake Havasu Cit, AZ United States   Ordered item, waited a week no shipping info.  emailed for info and received no response at about 10 days emailed again.  Response was item was out of stock and was coming in that day.  Item was shipped next day.  I don't know if they missed the first email or not but if you're out of an item you should advise your customer when they place the order.
