Aqualuma 18 Series Underwater Light

Aqualuma's Gen 4 underwater LED lighting is designed with long life in mind. Each light is built in Australia with a corrosion and chemical resistant injection-molded polymer housing. The lights feature an easy 2 wire installation and can be operated above or below water. Once installed the lights are serviceable and upgradeable without having to remove your boat from the water.

18 series lights have 18 high power LEDs per fixture and are recommended for boats or yachts about 60 - 100' (18 - 30 m) in length. Aqualuma recommends using 6 - 8 lights installed at least 8" deep, with about 3 - 6' of space between each fixture. The 18 series lighting is energy efficient with a current of 2.6A @ 12V DC or 1.3A @ 24V DC.

You can choose between white or blue colors for your lights. The white color temperature is about 9500K (the colder the white the further is travels in water) with 2150 fixture lumens and up to 4920 lm in low-light conditions. The blue color temperature is 470nm (the color that travels furthest in salt water) with 835 fixture lumens and up to 14100 lm in low-light conditions. The blue light will appear brighter at night because it is able to travel further in water than white light.

Unique to the 18 series is Aqualuma's Tri Series option, which houses 9 blue LEDs and 9 white LEDs in the same fixture. You can toggle between white light, blue light, or both on together for a bright cyan color.
