Description

These are the cams/pawls that come with Southco's M1 compression latches. All of these pawls are made from stainless steel. We show multiple products in the pictures to illustrate the differences, and you will need to select from the options above to order the one you need. The size refers to the dimension of the mounting hole for the latch, not the face of the latch or the cam itself. The cams are offered either short or long and in three different depths; straight, offset, and deep offset. You can see the grip range that each type provides in the table below.

A cam with an offset can be installed in two directions, Forward and Reverse.

In addition to the Grip Range, there are two different lengths for cams. The distance measurement below indicates how far the cam will reach from the center of the latch.
